I'll set up a complete, secure phone system for your business on FreePBX (Asterisk), on a server you own, so you are never locked into anyone.
Included, depending on the package:
- FreePBX install on your VPS (or I recommend one)
- SIP trunk(s) and DIDs from the provider you choose
- Extensions, voicemail to email, inbound and outbound routes
- IVR menus, ring groups, business hours
- Queues with agents and call recording
- IP phone auto-provisioning (Yealink, Grandstream, Fanvil)
Security is always part of the job: firewall, fail2ban, strong SIP secrets, and no admin panel open to the internet. A hacked PBX is the most expensive mistake in VoIP.
I've built and run multi-tenant Asterisk platforms in production, including bilingual English/Spanish IVRs. You get a short handover document listing every extension and route.

Do I need to buy a server?
Yes, a small VPS (about $10-20/month) is enough for most offices. It stays in your name. If you don't have one, I'll tell you exactly which one to get before we start.
Can I keep my current phone numbers?
Usually yes. Numbers can be ported to most SIP providers, or we connect the trunk you already have. I'll help you plan the switch so there is no downtime.
Can the IVR be in English and Spanish?
Yes. I build bilingual IVRs all the time ("Para espanol oprima 2"). Send your recordings, or I can set up text-to-speech prompts.
