FAQ
Do you offer support in English?
No, only in Spanish language. In order to provide the best experience to customers and prospects, I will not answer any message that is not in Spanish, even if I can understand it.
Will you answer all emails that you will receive in your inbox / chat / FB messenger?
No, I will answer the messages covered in the Customer Support Handbook. All other messages will be escalated or discarded. Escalated messages will be sent with a small overview in English of the customer question for you to provide an answer if needed.
Can I select the support time?
Not for now. Our team works on several task and we use a work slots system. We can fulfill the support for example at 5pm one day, and the next at 7pm.
What about claims / upset customers?
We handle all communications in a polite, friendly manner. However, we won't lie or try to resolve a situation that is beyond our control. WE WILL ALWAYS STICK TO THE CS HANDBOOK PROCEDURES.
I don't have a CS Handbook. Can I still order this Gig?
No. Without a CS Handbook you can't order this Gig and will be cancelled.
What is a CS Handbook?
A Customer Support Handbook is a document in which you detail the contemplated answers for customers. It must detail every situation, or at least, most of them. You can use flow charts or order the answers by topics. It can also cover in which situations the incoming message should be escalated.
When you will escalate a message?
If the message is not SPAM and the question/situation is not contemplated in the CS Handbook, it will be escalated with an overview to the person of your choice.
How will you perform the CS?
The Gig buyer must provide the needed tools to fulfill the task: access to the mailbox, access to the FB account and access to the chat system. PLEASE NOTE THAT NOT ALL TOOLS ARE ACCEPTED. Please message me before ordering.
