What do you need from me to get started?
Please share your brand name, a short description of your business, your target audience, any existing visual assets, and a few references or preferences.
Does the Basic package include a new logo?
No. Basic is designed for brands with an existing logo. It includes logo usage guidelines, a color palette, and typography guidelines. Custom logo design is included in Standard and Premium.
What is included in each package?
Basic covers guidelines for your existing logo. Standard adds custom logo design and iconography. Premium includes the complete identity guide, including do’s and don’ts and a designed brand book.
How many revisions are included? and What is considered a revision?
Basic includes 1 revision. Standard and Premium include 2 revisions each. Please send clear, consolidated feedback so I can address your notes efficiently. A revision is a change to the selected design based on your feedback. New concepts or directions are not included.
How long will the project take?
The delivery time is listed in each package. If you need a faster turnaround, you can select the extra fast delivery option when it’s available.
Can you work with my existing logo?
Yes. The Basic package is specifically designed to create clear visual guidelines around your existing logo and brand assets.
How many logo concepts will I receive?
The number of concepts depends on the package details. Please review the selected package before ordering, or message me if you need a specific number of directions.
Will I receive editable or source files?
Your order includes the deliverables listed in the selected package. If you need specific file formats or editable source files, please message me before ordering so I can confirm the scope.
Are social media designs, packaging, or stationery included?
These items are not included unless they are listed in your selected package. Message me with your needs and I can confirm whether a custom offer is suitable.
Do you use AI in your design process?
I may use AI-assisted tools to explore ideas when they’re useful. I personally direct, select, and refine the final design decisions. If you prefer a completely AI-free process, just let me know.
