Here's how it works: you send me your photos or a walkthrough video covering the areas in question cracks, settlement, water damage, whatever's been flagged and I put together a standards-formatted report describing the condition, likely cause, and severity of each issue. It's written to be usable whether you're pushing back on a lender's valuation, supporting an insurance claim, or heading off a buyer's concerns before a sale even starts.

One report format covers all three situations, so you're not paying for three different services. If your property had a garage or home gym flagged for unpermitted heavy equipment load, I also offer a floor load-safety letter as an add-on to clear that specific concern.
