1. Which software do you work with?
QuickBooks Online, Xero, Wave and Excel. If you use another platform, message me before ordering so we can confirm I can help.
2. Do you need my passwords or bank logins?
No. I never ask for passwords or bank logins. After your order starts, you can add me as a user in your software or send exported files and statements.
3. What counts as one transaction?
One bank or card line item, such as a deposit, payment or fee. Your package shows the maximum number included. Extra transactions can be added with a Gig Extra.
4. Are you a CPA, and do you file taxes?
I provide bookkeeping only. I do not offer tax filing, audit or legal advice. I can prepare clean records and reports for your accountant or tax preparer.
5. What do I need to send you?
Your software access or export, bank and card statements for the period, and any notes on known problems. Share them through the order requirements.
