About this gig

Need a part that actually works when it comes off the printer? I design functional, print-ready parts in SolidWorks: replacement parts, brackets, enclosures, mounts and prototypes.


I print my own prototypes on a Prusa MK4S and design parts for SLS/MJF production (PA12), so I design with real printing limits in mind:

- Correct clearances for press fits, snap fits and moving parts

- Wall thickness, overhangs and print orientation planned from the start

- Threads, heat-set inserts and screw bosses that hold

- Split parts that are too big for your print bed


What you get:

- STL or 3MF, ready to slice

- STEP file, so the part can be edited later in any CAD software

- Recommended print orientation and basic settings (Standard and Premium)

- Broken plastic parts recreated from photos and measurements

- Custom mounts, holders and adapters

Hi, I'm Julian, a mechanical design student from Austria. I'm trained at HTL Hallein, an Austrian technical college for engineering, where I work with machine elements, calculations to DIN/ISO standards and technical drawings every day.
