FAQ
Will I lose any subscribers?
No. The list transfers in full with tags and segments intact, and I verify counts before and after so nothing is dropped.
Which platforms can you migrate between?
Substack, Beehiiv, Ghost, Kit (ConvertKit), Mailchimp, Medium, WordPress, and more — in any direction. Tell me your current and target platform to confirm.
Will my paid subscribers transfer?
Yes (Premium). Paid members and Stripe connections move over so your revenue continues without interruption.
What about my old posts and archive?
Standard and Premium bring your published posts and archive across so your content history stays intact.
Will my newsletter go down during the move?
No — I set up and test the new platform fully before switching, so there's no gap in your ability to send.
