About this gig

I build the data tools I use to run my own multi-store e-commerce business: dashboards that show real profit per order, and numbers that match Shopify to the cent.

What I do:

  • COGS dashboards: purchase costs per order across multiple stores
  • Revenue calculations that match Shopify to the cent
  • Reconcile refunds and chargebacks across sources (Shopify + Whop) without double counting
  • Match supplier invoices to orders even when SKUs don't line up
  • QC dashboards: size and quality checks before listing
  • Sync engines / ETL with heartbeat monitoring and phased jobs
  • AI agents and AI analysis on store data
  • Shopify Admin API and GraphQL integrations

Please message me before ordering so I can understand your data sources and give an exact scope.
