I will format your existing Word document into a clear, consistent layout for business records, reports or internal instructions.

The Basic package covers one DOCX file of up to 10 pages and 100 text elements (paragraphs or table entries). I will standardize headings, fonts, paragraph spacing, margins, alignment, page numbers and simple tables while preserving your content.

You receive the formatted DOCX and a PDF copy, with delivery in 3 days and one revision for adjustments within the original scope.

Please provide the source file and your preferred style or template. Remove personal or confidential information that is not needed. Contact me first for longer files or complex layouts.

This service covers formatting existing content. New writing, translation, legal review and complex forms are outside the package. Communication is by Fiverr messages; my working hours are 7 to 10 p.m. Guatemala time.
