About this Gig
The job market is brutal: painful ATS rejections, companies cutting back on hiring, AI coming for all of our jobs. Very few get through, but with the right strategy, you'll be one of them.
Hi, I'm Julia, CPRW and former attorney. Strategy and high standards (thank you, Big 4)? Yes. Expert storytelling, insight, and ATS mastery after +6,000 resumes? Also yes.
I've guided clients across US, UK, Europe & Asia to secure their way into Fortune 100 companies, startups, NGOs or government. I've worked with (almost) everyone, from sales reps and healthcare professionals to data scientists, product managers, and AI consultants.
Want to see what you'll get? I put together a full presentation with my story, examples, bonuses you'll receive, and a little surprise at the end.

FAQ
I’m not sure what level I fall under. Help?
Easy rule of thumb: • First job = first job gig • Less than 10 years experience = this gig • 10+ years / senior manager+ = senior gig • Changing career / returning to workforce = career change gig Still not sure? Just message me and I’ll guide you.
What if I already placed the wrong gig?
No worries. I’ll either send you a custom offer or include the extras needed to cover the difference and make sure you’re getting exactly what you need.
Can you offer samples of your previous work?
Yes! Check my presentation – I’ve put together anonymized examples covering multiple industries and levels. You’ll also find my story, my process, and a little something something at the end. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1JLC5PDUV5d6AZ1comBUJFpI4_zNyQZVg/view?usp=sharing
What industries do you work with?
Pretty much all of them - tech, healthcare, finance, marketing, law, education, HR, sales, design, logistics, and even niche fields. Your resume should make sense even to someone outside your field. If you can explain what you do, I’ll make sure it sounds clear, compelling, and recruiter-friendly.
What do you need to get started?
Once you place the order, you’ll see a requirements section. I ask the right questions to understand your background, goals, strengths, and personality – so your documents sound like you and speak to the right audience. If anything’s missing or unclear, I’ll message you directly.
Can you work with tight deadlines?
Yes, but only when I can guarantee quality. If your deadline is within 12–48h, please check my availability first; if all good, you can select the extra for this.
How will you deliver my files?
I will deliver you editable files (Word or Google Docs) so you can easily make changes along the way. I can also deliver the PDF version at your request.
Do you use Canva or design templates?
I love good design, just not on your resume (ATS hates design templates). I only use my own Word-based templates, built to be clean, modern, and fully ATS-compatible (no boxes that break parsing). 📌 Want a more visual resume for networking, referral-based hiring? Select Extra "Creative Template"
Do you use AI tools?
I use my brain. The core of the work (strategy, structure, and writing) is mine. I use AI the way everyone should: as a supporting tool. It’s great for research, rephrasing, or summarizing, but it doesn’t replace expertise, judgment, or storytelling. That’s my job.
Is my data safe with you?
Absolutely. I spent six years as an attorney, so confidentiality is second nature. Your information is protected.
