I will create questions for a job interview

I will illustrate using an example of how my work will look like.

Your job opening: Designer

Required skill: Ability to work in a team

Screening questions:

1. How do you collaborate in a team?
2. Tell me about a situation where you successfully collaborated with other colleagues.

Satisfactory answer:

1. The candidate should discuss team communication, how tasks were delegated, how problematic issues were addressed, and how they gathered necessary information.
2. The candidate should highlight the problem faced by the team, how it was resolved, and the candidate's specific role in this process.

In this way, between 10 to 20 questions will be prepared, depending on your vacancy and the software and hardware skills it requires."
