If I think the scope is wrong, yes, and I'll explain why. That's what you're paying for. I'll also tell you before you order if this gig isn't what you need.
I already have a backlog. Can you work from it?
Yes, that's the ideal input. Send it as is, mess included.
Do you estimate development cost?
I rank effort in relative terms (S/M/L) rather than in euros or days. Absolute estimates belong to the team that will build it, and I'd be guessing at their stack and velocity.
Can you write the PRD too?
Yes, that's my other gig. Order both and message me, I'll adjust so you don't pay twice for the discovery work.
What if my MVP is really a v3?
That happens often. I'll say so, and show you what a real v1 looks like.
