We implement Salesforce's Sales Cloud as a core CRM and any apps that need to be integrated with it such as email marketing tools, document generation/sending, and billing tools just to name a few.

The Implementation Pack includes setting up the core CRM features, such as your sales pipeline, objects, fields, layouts, reports, dashboards, automations, as well as any app integrations you need. We do a 1-hour call and have short kick-off calls for any complex tasks if needed.

Our Implementation Pack is offered as a monthly subscription that can be paused or canceled anytime. The duration of the implementation is up to you—some clients complete it in a month, while others need more time based on their needs and ressources.

You will get access to our Task Management System where you can submit requests, adjust task priorities, track the implementation progress and discuss any task details. We will work on one task at a time, always starting the next task you defined. In a monthly call we discuss strategy and progress.

Yes, if your needs change during the subscription, we can discuss adjusting the scope of the tasks or services. Whether it’s expanding the implementation or modifying specific features, we can tailor the package to fit your evolving requirements.

If you pause your subscription, we’ll pause the work until you’re ready to continue, ensuring no progress is lost. If you cancel, all services will stop at the end of your current billing cycle. You can restart the service anytime by renewing the subscription.
