FAQ
Do you use automated overlays or plugins to achieve ADA compliance?
Absolutely not. Quick-fix accessibility widgets fail legal requirements and often make screen readers completely unusable. I manually perform a thorough WCAG audit and directly rewrite the necessary theme elements or code on your WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or HTML CSS site
Can you fix custom-coded HTML CSS websites, or only CMS platforms?
I handle both flawlessly. I regularly perform website accessibility modifications on popular frameworks like Shopify, WordPress, and Wix, as well as native HTML CSS frontends. I directly fix semantic tags, navigation, color contrast, and keyboard focus states within your source files.
Will my website's design or layout break during the accessibility fix?
Keeping your aesthetic intact is a priority. My code fixes target underlying technical structures like missing aria-labels, alt text, keyboard navigation trapping, and element semantic issues. Your site's visual design will remain completely professional while satisfying strict ADA compliance.
What exactly do I get with your manual WCAG audit report?
You will receive an actionable, page-by-page breakdown of your digital property. The document details all current accessibility barriers, maps them against specific WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA success criteria, and outlines the precise section 508 or code remediations required to achieve ADA compliance.
Do you test websites using real screen reader software?
Yes, manual validation is a major component of my process. Automated testing tools only catch roughly 30% to 40% of standard errors. I test your user flows natively using prominent screen readers like NVDA, JAWS, or VoiceOver to guarantee flawless website accessibility for actual assistive device
