FAQ
Q: Do you use real devices for mobile app qa?
A: Yes. We use 100% real physical Android devices with unique Google accounts. We never use emulators or automated bots, ensuring strict compliance with Google Play console metrics.
Q: Are these real users or automated bots?
A: These are 100% real, unique users with active Google accounts on physical Android devices. We never use emulators, bots, or virtual machines, as Google heavily monitors and bans automated testing rings.
Q: What happens if a tester leaves before the 14 days are over?
A: We closely monitor our network daily. If any tester experiences a technical issue, we immediately replace them with an active backup tester from our pool to ensure your 14-day continuous track never drops or resets.
Q: What do I need to provide for the testing to begin?
A: You just need to provide your Google Play Console closed testing track link (either the Web join link or the Android app link). If you are using the "Email List" method, let us know so we can give you the tester emails to add to your console.
Q: Will the testers leave reviews on my live Play Store page?
A: No. This service is specifically for the Closed Beta/Testing phase required by Google to get production approval. Closed testing feedback goes directly to your developer dashboard and is not visible to the public.
Q: Can you guarantee my app will pass production review?
A: We guarantee 100% compliance with Google's requirement of having 20 active testers for 14 consecutive days. However, passing the final review also depends on your app's content, security policies, and functional stability.
