1) What does "single call flow" mean in the packages?
One flow is one type of call, for example "answer FAQs" or "book an appointment." Extra flows (like adding lead qualification on top) or higher call volume can be added with a custom offer.
2) Which voice platform do you use?
I build on Vapi, with n8n handling the calendar, CRM, and notification connections.
3) Who pays for the phone number and call minutes?
You do, directly through your own Vapi account and phone provider. I'll help you pick a cost-effective plan and estimate monthly call costs before you commit.
4) Does it handle inbound or outbound calls?
Inbound only for now: the agent answers calls to your business number. I don't build outbound calling agents, because outbound AI calls have legal rules (consent, disclosure) that vary by country.
5) Can it record calls?
Not by default. Call recording laws differ by country and state, so recording is only enabled if you confirm it's legal for your location and add the required notice for callers.
6) Can the voice agent book appointments into my calendar?
Yes, Standard/Premium include calendar integration (e.g. Calendly, Google Calendar).
7) How natural does it sound?
Modern voice AI is close to human but not perfect. There can be a short pause before it answers, and I'll be upfront if a use case isn't ready for full automation.
8) Can it transfer to a real person?
Yes, call transfer and escalation are included in Standard/Premium.
9) What languages can it handle?
English is the default. Other major languages are possible, but tell me which ones before ordering so I can test them.
10) What happens if it misunderstands a caller?
I build in fallback replies and a handoff to a person. Some tuning after launch is normal and covered by your revisions.
