I already have an Odoo partner. Why would I need you?
Because your partner works from your instructions, and most projects go wrong in the instructions. I sit on your side: I write the requirements, hold the plan, chase the defects and test what gets delivered. Partners generally welcome it — a clear brief is easier to build against.
Our implementation has stalled. Can you tell us why?
That's the Premium package. I audit the configuration, the data, the scope documents and the decision history, then give you a scored report with a costed recovery plan and a realistic new date. Usually it's scope drift, missing decisions, or no UAT.
Do you do the configuration yourself?
Not in this gig — this is the analyst and PM seat. If you want me to build as well, I have separate gigs for implementation and for customization and migration.
What does the BRD actually contain?
Process maps, numbered functional requirements, user stories with acceptance criteria, a fit-gap table marking every item as standard, configuration or custom, plus an effort estimate and phased roadmap. It's written so a developer can build from it and a CFO can read it.
How do you report progress?
A weekly written status report: completed, in progress, blocked, decisions needed from you, risks and the updated plan. Plus a live RAID log. No verbal-only updates.
Which time zones do you cover?
GMT to GMT+8 comfortably, with meeting slots for US and EU business hours
Can you help us choose between Odoo and another ERP, or between partners?
Yes. The partner selection scorecard and RFP extra gives you a structured comparison instead of a sales pitch. I'll also tell you when Odoo isn't the right fit.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, and I work on a staging copy or a backup wherever access is needed. No client data retained after handover.
