FAQ
Q1: Which embroidery formats do you provide?
A: I provide all standard commercial and domestic formats including DST, EMB, PES, EXP, CND, and XXX, along with a PDF production sheet.
Q2: Can you digitize a low-resolution image or sketch?
A: Yes, I can work with JPEGs, PNGs, PDFs, or even hand-drawn sketches. However, if the artwork is highly complex, please message me first.
Q3: What is 3D Puff embroidery, and do you charge extra for it?
A: 3D Puff is used to raise the design (like on caps or hoodies) using foam. Simple 3D puff is included in standard/premium packages, but highly detailed artwork might require custom pricing.
Q4: Will my design have frequent thread breaks?
A: Not at all. I manually digitize paths and optimize stitch density and underlays to ensure smooth machine production with minimum thread breaks.
