I will set goals with you, achievable ones defined in milestones and give you an action plan in form of a spreadsheet where you tick the boxes of your progresses. I will monitor daily on your progress and give you positive feedback to keep you moving. And in the end what do we achieve? A habit. Because habits are results of consistency.
