What exactly is ADHD Body Doubling?
ADHD Body Doubling is a real-time co-working method where I stay present with you (virtually) as you complete tasks. My presence offers accountability, encouragement and structure to help reduce distractions and maintain focus.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to benefit from this service?
Not at all. This service is open to anyone who finds it hard to focus or complete tasks. You do not need a formal ADHD diagnosis to receive support.
What can I do during a session?
You can use your session to tackle tasks like cleaning, studying, admin work, creative projects or anything you need support staying focused on. I am here to hold space, offer encouragement and keep you accountable without judgment.
Will you talk or stay silent during the session?
That is entirely up to you. We can begin with a brief check-in, agree on goals and then I can either stay silent in the background or offer occasional check-ins depending on your preference.
How are sessions delivered?
All sessions are conducted through Zoom or Google Meet. Once you book, I will message you to arrange a time that works for you within the delivery window.
Can I split the sessions across different days?
Yes. Depending on your package, sessions are spaced out across 3, 7 or 14 days. We will work together to schedule your sessions for when you need them most.
