Hi, my name is Jurica and I am High-End Creative Retoucher and Photographer based in Zagreb, Croatia.

FAQ
What information do I need to provide to start retouching process?
Before starting the retouching process, I would need an image, or preview of the image that you want retouched as well as detailed brief of what needs to be done with the image. Also, if you have specific look&feel in mind, moodboard with relevant images would be appreciated.
What file format do you need for retouching?
The best option would be RAW, because of its widest range of contained information, but I can also work with high resolution TIFF-s or JPEG-s, preferably in AdobeRGB color mode, but if not possible, sRGB will work as well.
What if I need more images than your packages offer?
Just message me, and I will give you the custom price and delivery days depending on the number of images.
In what format will retouched images be delivered?
When you place an order, you can let me know if you need images for online publishing, print or both. For online publishing, I will deliver images as sRGB JPEG or PNG and for print, as AdobeRGB TIFF. Also, if you need them in any other format, just let me know.
How come you don't provide a source file?
As a retoucher I have my own techniques that I have been mastering for years, and sharing source file with my workflow enables copying them. But if you for instance want to try different looks on part of the image e.g. background, I can send TIFF with that part of the image on separate layer.
Do you keep backup of retouched images?
Yes, I keep everything backed up for a year in case you need some changes, recover lost files or anything else.
