What do I need to get started?
Just send me your STL, OBJ, or 3MF file along with a short note on the issue you’re facing, for example, holes, non-manifold error, or model not slicing. If possible, mention your 3D printer model (e.g., Ender 3, Prusa, Anycubic) and the slicer software you use. That helps me optimize it correctly
Can you fix any STL file, no matter how broken it is?
Most files can be repaired but if a model is severely damaged or missing large parts, I’ll review it first and tell you honestly whether it can be fixed or if a full redesign is needed. I offer a free file evaluation before you order, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
Will my file be fully printable after repair?
Yes. Every fixed model is checked in Cura or Meshmixer to ensure it’s watertight, manifold, and ready to print.
What if my file is not in STL format?
No problem! I accept and convert OBJ, 3MF, STEP, or IGES files. You’ll receive your final version as a printable STL, or I can export it in your preferred format.
Can I see what’s wrong with my file before ordering?
Yes! You can send me your file for a free diagnostic preview. I’ll scan it, show you the issues (holes, non-manifold edges, thin walls, etc.), and suggest the right package before you place an order.
What software do you use for STL repairs?
I use professional tools including MeshLab, Autodesk Meshmixer, Netfabb, Blender, and Fusion 360 — depending on the file’s condition and purpose.
