Do you stamp drawings?
No. I'm a designer, not a licensed architect or engineer. In California, many single-family wood-frame projects don't require an architect's stamp. I'll tell you upfront if yours does.
Do you work outside California?
Yes, I will work with your local code info. California is where I know the process best.
Can you measure my house?
For LA-area projects, I can quote an on-site as-built visit separately. Elsewhere, I work from your measurements and photos.
What files do I get?
PDF sheets in every package. DWG or CAD files in Standard and Premium.
