FAQ
Can you delivery quickly (eg 24 hours)?
Of course, simply send me a message if you need to video by a certain day/time and I would be happy to help. 3 day rush delivery is an additional $10, 2 days $15, and 1 day $20
I want something recorded that isn't a personalised message, can you do this?
Of course, as long as the script is appropriate. I have recorded various scripts for different corporate companies, small businesses and for different advertisements. It's always fun and refreshing to record something completely different. Simple message me with the details of your project.
I would like a character that you don't have available, can you help?
I am always adding new characters and costumes to my collection so if you did wish to request a character that is not advertised just message me and I can see if I can help
I would like more than 1 princess, is this possible?
Of course, you can select as many characters as you wish. There is just an additional $10 charge per additional princess. Feel free to message me for a custom offer
I would like a specific background/background music, is this possible?
Of course, simply message me what you would like/send over your chosen files and I can happily do this for you
I would like a message longer than 3 mins
That is absolutely fine, just message me and I can send you a custom order

Very quick delivery of the final video and everything looked perfect. Message was exactly as described. Seller captured the mood and energy of the message really well. My daughter will be so happy to receive a personalized message from Elsa herself! Thanks for the pleasant cooperation.
