Turn a messy spreadsheet into a clear, consistent file you can use.
I will clean Excel or CSV data using your rules: remove agreed duplicates, trim extra spaces, standardize dates and numbers, organize columns, and flag missing or inconsistent entries.
Basic: 1 file, up to 100 rows and 10 columns.
Standard: up to 3 files, 200 rows total and 20 columns; field standardization and missing-value flags.
Premium: up to 5 files, 300 rows total and 30 columns; combine tables with matching columns and include a change log.
Each item means one data row. Row limits are totals across files; column limits apply per table. Delivery includes your cleaned XLSX or CSV and a short change summary. I preserve the source and flag uncertain entries instead of inventing values.
Send a sample first for macros, complex formulas, merged tables or larger datasets. Dashboards, advanced analysis, macro development and external research are outside scope.
Revisions cover the original data and agreed rules. New files or tasks require a separate quote.

What should I send?

How do you handle duplicates?
Specify the columns that define a duplicate and whether to keep the first, last or another record. If unclear, I ask before removing records.
Will you fill in missing information?
I can apply a rule you supply or flag gaps. I do not invent missing values or research them within this gig.
Are formulas and macros included?
Please send a sample first. Macro development, complex formula repair and dashboards are outside the packages.
What counts as a revision?
An adjustment to the agreed cleanup on the original files. Additional files, research or a new task are extra scope.
