FAQ
Can you compare a replacement unit with the existing unit?
Yes. Send both equipment cut sheets, operating weights, footprints, curb dimensions and locations. The load difference and affected roof members can then be compared directly
What if the equipment curb crosses several roof members?
Provide the exact curb geometry and its position relative to the roof members. The Standard or Premium package can distribute the equipment weight to the identified supports
Does this include HVAC sizing or equipment performance?
No. This service addresses the equipment’s weight, load distribution and roof framing capacity. Heating, cooling, airflow, duct and equipment performance calculations are excluded
