FAQ
Once I receive a license agreement will I have to get another one?
No, once you have a license agreement you are good but you can only use the beat with one song you'll have to purchase another beat for a new song. Each license agreement will include price you paid and the producers name and P.R.O. ID
How will I know when the verses and chorus starts since it's an instrumental?
I will timestamp each verse and chorus so you will know when to start them
How do I go about getting an instrumental written/created around lyrics I've already written?
What I would need for you to do is rap your entire lyrics along with a metronome so you can be on timing with it then i can set my tempo to your tempo. If the timing is off just a bit no problem because I'll have something to go by when writing that beat.
What if I don't like the beat?
If you order the basic gig you do not have any revisions to request a change to the beat. If you order the standard gig you will have only 1 revision to request any changes. And if you order the premium gig you will have only 2 revisions to request any changes.
What if I want a beat written to a similar artist?
I would need the artist name and a song from them so I can create it in that direction. But the beat will not be the same so we don't run into any legal issues.
Do I keep all streaming profits or will I have to share them?
Yes you do not have to split your streaming profits but you must split co-writers share 50/50 and our publishing company must receive 100%
Can I resell the beat and claim it as my own?
No, JVH Production Beats owns the instrumental and it cannot be claimed as your own and resold anywhere only used for one new song with lyrics added.
Can I register the instrumental with content ID like (YouTube, Identifyy)
No, this is strictly prohibited and cannot be registered with any content ID but you can monetize your song using the beat
