My vocal range extends from approximately G2 to D5, great for tenor or bari-tenor parts!

Please send me an instrumental track (no vocals), a lyric sheet and/or sheet music, and a vocal guide track (ideally only vocals in isolation, but instrumental with vocals can work; it can also be a piano or midi recording playing the vocal melody). Please also send me a tempo file.

If you are working in a DAW, bounce your instrumental audio and select "include tempo information". If you are working out of Sibelius, go to File -> Export -> MIDI. This will export your orchestration as MIDI file(s) with all of your tempo changes included and readable to my recording software.

A "RAW" recording is an unaltered recording of my performance directly captured by my microphone. There may be pitch, rhythm, and volume inconsistencies. This type of "RAW" file gives an Audio Engineer the most flexibility to process the vocal how they'd like in the context of the complete song mix.

Audio Engineers should be able to correct slight pitch and rhythm issues so it is often most useful to focus your revision notes on: emotion in the performance, dynamics, vocal tone, and larger pitch/rhythm mistakes.

If you order a package with double-tracking or harmonies, I will typically use my artistic judgement to add double layers and harmonies only in the places where I feel the song needs them. However, if you'd like to specify where you would like them added, I will default to your judgement.

Pop recordings sound their most professional when the vocals have consistent and hyper-accurate pitch, rhythm, and volume. While great vocalists can get their natural performances close to perfect, it still almost always helps to edit vocals to get them sounding truly pristine.

If you don't plan on having an audio engineer mix my RAW vocal file, your song may sound dry, flat, and unexpressive when you combine the RAW vocal with your instrumental. My production service will add grit, consistency, and emotion with creative vocal processing. Contact for custom quote.

I structure deliveries differently when you order extras (i.e. harmonies, doubles, vocal editing, etc.). I will deliver only the unedited lead vocal first. Once approved, I will edit the lead vocal and record backing vocals. Finally, I will edit the backing vocals.

Once the lead vocal is delivered to you, if you'd like changes, please request your 1st revision. If you don't want any changes, let me know and I will proceed with editing and/or backing vocal recording. You may use your 2nd revision after BGVs are delivered. Any additional revisions cost extra.
