Get a reusable Excel inventory sheet for one location and up to 100 products. You enter product IDs, names, opening quantities, total receipts, total issues and your reorder thresholds for each period.
The sheet calculates stock on hand and flags products at or below your threshold. It also flags missing inputs, duplicate IDs and negative balances. Five calculation patterns cover stock balance, row status, product count, reorder count and input-issue count.
The $40 package includes one editable sheet, your preferred labels and colors, up to 10 sample products entered, and concise setup instructions. Delivery: 4 days, with one revision to agreed requirements. Save a new copy for each period.
This is a manually updated period tracker. Transaction logs, barcode systems, multi-location stock, purchase orders, cost accounting, macros and live integrations need a separate scope. It does not send email alerts.

How do I update the tracker?
Enter each product once, then update opening units and total units received or issued for your chosen period. Enter 0 when none. The sheet recalculates stock and on-sheet reorder flags. Save a new copy for the next period; a transaction-by-transaction ledger is not included.
What can be customized in the base package?
Labels, colors and up to 10 sample product rows can be set up for you. The sheet supports 100 products at one location and five calculation patterns. Extra sheets, transaction logs, integrations or a different stock model require a separate quote before ordering.
