Absolutely not! Many people think they need a lawyer, but honestly, unless you want to pay super high fees and need litigation, I am here to save you money and still offer experience plus the latest updates. My job is a Professional Document Coordinator.
Does the gig offers an experienced enough person to complete my application?
My experience is based on 20+ years. I can honestly say that I come with a 99.8% Approval Rating. I do this type of work full-time. My specialty is K1 fiancé, CR1 spouse, IR2 children, IR5 parents, 2-year and 10-year green cards, and US embassy preparation.
Which Countries can you do?
I am able to provide assistance to all Countries, however, my area of expertise is with the Philippines, I am able to guide other Countries and will remind those who use a different native alphabet about translation to English for USCIS.
Do you offer other visa assistance?
Yes, I have gigs not only for K1 Fiance visas, but CR1/IR1 Spouse visas, Children visas CR2/IR2, Parent visas IR5, and Legal Permanent Residence Adjustment of Status green cards 2-year conditional and removing the condition to get a 10-year green card. "I don't do B1/B2 Tourist Visas".
Are you uptodate with the latest USCIS, NVC and Consulate requirements?
Yes, this is an extremely sensitive process, and each year changes come, where new requirements are either implemented or removed. I do keep up with the latest changes and understand US government policies as they pertain to visa issuance.
