FAQ
Do I need a 3D model file to place an order?
No. If you already have a 3D file (STL, OBJ, STEP/STP), you can send it and I’ll go straight to printing. If you don’t have a file, I can create one for you based on your idea, sketch, or reference—this is included in the Standard and Premium packages, or as a custom offer.
What file types do you accept?
I accept STL, OBJ, STEP/STP, and other common CAD formats. If your file type is different, just send me a message and I’ll let you know if I can use it or help convert it.
Can you help me choose the right package?
Yes. Please contact me before ordering, send your file or idea, and tell me what the part will be used for. I’ll review everything and recommend the best package (Basic, Standard, or Premium) and give you a clear price and delivery time.
Do you offer revisions or reprints if something is wrong?
es. If there is a printing issue caused by me (print failure, major defect, wrong settings), I will reprint or adjust the design according to the package terms. Design revisions are included in Standard and Premium packages; major design changes after approval may require an extra fee.
Do you ship worldwide and how long does delivery take?
I can ship prints to most countries. Shipping time and cost depend on your location and the size/weight of the part. Before ordering, tell me your country and I’ll estimate the delivery time and shipping price. If you only need the 3D file, I can deliver it digitally with no shipping cost.
