I photograph houses and land from the air, for holiday-let owners, Airbnb hosts and anyone putting a property on the market anywhere in the UK.


A listing lives or dies on its first image. A ground shot shows a front door. An aerial frame shows the plot, the garden, the roofline, the sea two streets away. It paints a picture in the mind that ground-level photography can not compete with.

I run Kite Aerial, a UK drone photography service for property: holiday lets and Airbnbs, house sales, land and farms, developers and self-builders. A shoot is 1-2 hours on site and gives you 10-15 edited stills. Wide frames showing where it sits, closer elevation shots, and a top-down of the plot and its boundaries. Add a slow orbit of the building, colour graded for listings and social. CAA Flyer ID and Operator ID, public liability insurance, sub-250g aircraft, Open category A1. Airspace checked before every booking. I also build 3D models from footage you already have. Same-day replies.
