What files do you accept for cleanup?
I accept STL, OBJ, PLY, FBX, WRL, GLB and any raw 3D scan from scanners or photogrammetry apps (e.g., EinScan, GeoMagic, LIDAR, Polycam, Kiri, RealityCapture, Metashape, etc.)
What exactly will you fix in my 3D scan?
I clean up noise, spikes, holes, artifacts, floating geometry, non-manifold edges, broken faces, surface distortion, messy topology, and more. I deliver a watertight, repair-free, print-ready mesh.
Will my model be ready for 3D printing?
Yes. If you choose a package with Print-Ready Optimization (Standard or Premium), your model will be fully prepped for slicing, printing, or further CAD work, with correct wall thickness and watertight geometry.
Can you add or sculpt missing details?
Yes. I can rebuild damaged parts or sculpt missing areas, such as faces, fingers, clothing folds, product detail, or lost surfaces. This is include in Standard and Premium, or as an extra.
Can I request revisions?
Yes, revisions are included to match the agreed requirements. Large design changes outside the initial request (extra details, sculpting, retopology, new textures) may require an add-on.
