I will turn client intake into a creative brief and messaging pack using n8n

About this gig
I build a client intake creative brief system using n8n so agencies can turn messy inputs into a consistent, client-ready brief.
Typical workflow (package dependent):
Intake source (form / Notion / Google Doc / webhook)
validate required fields + flag missing info
generate a structured creative brief in your template (Notion or Google Docs)
optional messaging sections (pillars, RTBs, audience summary, mandatories)
notify your team (Slack/email) + log to a tracker / create tasks (package dependent)
You receive working n8n workflow(s), tested with sample data, plus a Loom walkthrough (SOP on Standard/Premium).
To start, I need: your brief template (or I provide one), your intake questions, and 12 examples of a good brief to match structure.
Scope: 1 workflow = 1 trigger + up to X actions (by package). Extra tools/templates available as extras.
Keywords: creative brief, content brief, marketing brief, brief template, brief generator, n8n automation, client intake automation, Notion automation, Google Docs automation.

FAQ
What format will the brief be delivered in?
Notion or Google Docs most commonly, or your choice. I can support both as an add-on.
Do I need an existing brief template?
No. If you don’t have one, I’ll provide a clean agency-style template. If you do, I’ll match yours.
What counts as “client intake”?
A form (Typeform/Tally/Google Form), a Notion page, a Google Doc, or a webhook/CRM payload.
What happens if the client doesn’t provide enough info?
The workflow flags missing required fields and outputs a clear list of clarification questions. Premium can automate a “question loop” back to the client.
Does this use AI?
n8n is the automation layer. AI can be included to structure/clean messy input and draft the brief (Standard/Premium or as an extra). If you prefer no AI, I can build it rules-based.
Can it generate messaging sections too?
Yes (Standard/Premium). Typical sections: messaging pillars, RTBs, audience summary, mandatories/constraints.
Can it create tasks in ClickUp/Asana/Notion?
Yes (package dependent). Tasks can include owners, due dates, and links to the brief.
What counts as 1 workflow?
One trigger and one end-to-end flow from intake → brief output (plus notifications/logging). Multiple services/templates usually require additional workflows.
Do you provide documentation?
Yes. Loom walkthrough included; Standard/Premium include a simple SOP so your team can update the system.
Self-hosted n8n or n8n Cloud?
Either works. If self-hosted, tell me your setup (Docker/VPS) and preferred access method (invite or you connect accounts while I guide).
