Give customers quick answers to repeated questions on Telegram.
I will build one AI agent for private chats that matches questions to your approved English FAQs and returns the approved answer. If it cannot find a suitable answer, it uses an agreed fallback. Customers open your bot link and press Start. Questions are processed by your connected AI service.
Basic: 20 FAQ pairs maintained in a file.
Standard: 50 FAQ pairs in one editable Google Sheets tab, with a controlled refresh after edits.
Premium: 100 FAQ pairs and an Ask owner option that sends an unanswered question to one owner Telegram chat.
Each package includes source/workflow files, setup instructions, sample test results, basic throttling and an agreed usage cap. One bot and one business are included.
Live order lookups, bookings, payments, arbitrary document search, group chats and broadcasts are excluded. You approve the answers and own the accounts; AI, tool and hosting fees are separate.

What questions can the bot answer?
Approved public FAQs such as opening hours, services, delivery and returns. AI matches the question to an approved English answer. If the match is uncertain, the bot uses an agreed fallback. It does not look up orders or invent missing policies. Questions are processed by your AI service.
Where can customers use the bot?
In private one-to-one chats with your Telegram bot. Customers open its link and press Start. One bot and one business are included, with basic throttling and an agreed usage cap. Group chats, broadcasts and unlimited public traffic are excluded.
How do I update the answers?
Basic uses one FAQ file. Standard and Premium use one Google Sheets tab with Question and Answer columns. After approved edits, you run the included owner-controlled refresh. Invalid data keeps the last valid version; edits are not live automatically.
What does Premium add?
Premium includes 100 FAQ pairs and an Ask owner option for unanswered questions. It sends the question to one owner Telegram chat after the user chooses it. Each question is handled independently. This is a notification, not a live support relay or dashboard.
Are accounts and running costs included?
You own the Telegram bot, AI account, Google Sheet if used, and hosting. AI, tool and hosting fees are separate. Confirm supported hosting before ordering. The owner must start the bot before receiving notifications. Do not send passwords or API keys in order requirements.
What do delivery, revisions and support include?
You receive source/workflow files, setup instructions and sample test results. Revisions adjust the agreed FAQ behavior. Basic and Standard include 7 days of fixes; Premium includes 14. New channels, integrations, languages or features require a separate scope.
