As mentioned by others, the delivery was quite late and the communication was very lacking. Being someone who has drawn for others as well I know how frustrating it can be when you're berated with "is it done yet?" or "I want this changed". That said, I would like to see better communication in the future...

More than two months overdue because the artist had a lot going on in her life and updates were a bit inconsistent, but the final product is gorgeous and I highly recommend this to anyone! She really puts in a lot of work into her gigs.
