Do I pay for the AI separately?
Yes. The assistant uses your own Claude or OpenAI account, which costs a few dollars a month for most small businesses. I help you set it up. Want no per-message fees? Choose Llama on your own server.
What files can I send?
PDF, Word, text files, spreadsheets and links to your web pages. If it is readable text, the assistant can learn from it.
Will it make up answers?
No. It answers only from your information. When the answer is not there, it says so. On Support and Business, it also emails you the question so you can reply.
Do I need a server or technical skills?
No. I set it up on a hosting account in your name and give you one line to paste into your website. I include simple steps for everything.
Can it answer in other languages?
Yes. It replies in the language your customer writes in, such as English, Spanish or Portuguese, even if your files are in one language.
Can I update the information later?
Yes. You get steps to add or change files yourself. If you need more than your package covers, add the More content extra.
Is my data private?
Your files stay in your own accounts. I delete my copy after delivery. For full privacy, the Llama option keeps everything on your server.
