Messy Excel or CSV data? Get a cleaned file plus a QA report showing row counts, duplicate rows removed, cell edits and data-quality findings.
I can remove whole-row duplicates, trim whitespace, tidy headers, normalize hidden characters, flag missing/inconsistent data, split or combine columns using your instructions, merge files/tabs, and convert XLSX/CSV/TSV.
Basic: up to 100 rows / 5 columns.
Standard: up to 1000 rows / 20 columns, including column split/combine.
Premium: up to 10000 rows across multiple files/tabs, including merging.
All include a cleaned file and QA/change report.
I do not guess missing values, change business logic, build formulas/dashboards, do accounting, or create macros. Values are handled as text; message first about live formulas or formatting that must survive. Duplicate removal uses all columns after space/case normalization, not a single ID field.
No passwords or remote access needed. Please send a non-sensitive sample and describe the problem before ordering. Do not upload medical records, financial-account details or government IDs. AI-assisted tools are used with output checks.
FAQ
Will you delete real data?
Only whole rows matching across all columns after whitespace/case normalization are removed. I do not deduplicate on one ID column. The QA report counts removed rows.
Will my Excel formulas still work?
This is a text-data cleanup service, not formula-preserving workbook editing. Message before ordering if your workbook has formulas, macros or formatting that must remain intact.
What file types do you accept?
XLSX, CSV, TSV and Google Sheets exports. Multiple files or tabs can be merged in Premium. No account access needed.
What about dates, IDs and phone numbers?
Values are handled as text. I do not guess date formats or intentionally strip leading zeros. Formatting already lost in the source cannot be recovered by guessing.
Can you merge several files?
Yes, Premium covers up to 10000 total rows across files/tabs. Columns are combined and absent values left blank. Message first with the file and row counts.
How do you handle my data?
Upload only the data needed for the job. No passwords or remote access. Do not send medical records, financial-account details or government IDs. AI-assisted tools are used with output checks.
