Q: What items can you forward or source?
A: I accept clothing, accessories, Thai herbal products, sealed cosmetics, dry food and snacks, souvenirs, small collectibles and documents. If you are unsure about your item please message me before ordering and I will confirm.
Q: What items do you not accept?
A: I do not accept liquids over 100ml, lithium batteries, electronics, flammable materials, weapons, opened cosmetics, perishable food or anything prohibited by Thailand Post. If I am uncertain about any item I reserve the right to decline the order.
Q: Which shipping methods do you use?
A: Standard shipping is via Thailand Post which is reliable and affordable for most destinations. Express international shipping via DHL is available upon request at an additional cost. A tracking number is provided for every single shipment.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: A full refund is issued if I decline an order before processing. The service fee is non refundable once an item has been shipped. Item and shipping costs are only refunded in documented cases of proven non delivery.
Q: Do you have a maximum parcel size or weight?
A: Currently, I accept parcels up to 10kg per order. For larger or heavier shipments, please message me first to discuss, and I will do my best to accommodate where possible.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Delivery times vary depending on your destination country and chosen shipping method. Standard Thailand Post typically takes 7 to 21 business days internationally. DHL express is significantly faster at 3 to 7 business days.
Q: How does payment work?
A: Full payment is required upfront before any action is taken. I accept PayPal, Wise and bank transfer. Service fees, item costs and shipping costs are always quoted separately and transparently before payment.
Q: What happens if my parcel is lost or delayed?
A: I provide full tracking on every shipment. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, responsibility passes to the shipping provider. I am not liable for delays or losses after handover however, I will assist in tracking and investigating any issues where possible.
