Turn your price list into an easy-to-use Excel quotation template.
I will build a custom .xlsx file with your branding, clear input cells and automatic calculations for quantities, line discounts, subtotal, a supplied tax rate and shipping.
Basic: one quote sheet, up to 10 lines, manual item entry.
Standard: one quote sheet plus a product catalog, up to 50 products and 10 quote lines, with SKU dropdowns and price lookup.
Premium: up to 200 products and 20 quote lines, with the same catalog features.
Each package includes one currency, one agreed layout, formula checks, print setup and short written instructions. The gallery shows an original fictional Standard-package example.
Please supply your Excel version, required fields, logo, currency and clean product data before work begins. Tax and shipping rules must be supplied by you.
No macros/VBA, live exchange rates, tax or customs research, ERP integration, payment processing or Google Sheets conversion. Revisions cover the agreed scope.

How are formulas counted?
Basic includes five reusable formula types: input checks, line total, subtotal, tax and grand total. Standard and Premium add three catalog lookups for description, unit and price. These formulas are copied across the agreed 10 or 20 quote lines; they are not limited to five or eight cells.
What will I receive?
An editable .xlsx workbook, a sample filled quote PDF and short written instructions. Each package covers one quote layout and one currency. Standard and Premium include a product catalog with SKU lookup.
Which Excel versions are supported?
Please tell me your Excel version and whether you use Windows or Mac before ordering. I use standard formulas without macros. Google Sheets and older-version conversions are outside the package and require separate scoping.
Will prices update automatically?
In Standard and Premium, choosing a SKU pulls its description, unit and price from your local catalog sheet. This is not a live supplier feed. Changing the catalog can change existing formulas, so save or export a separate copy of each issued quote.
Does this calculate taxes or import duties?
You provide the tax rate and calculation basis. The sample applies one entered rate to discounted items and adds shipping separately. Tax research, legal compliance, customs calculations, live rates and DDP costing are not included.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is one consolidated set of changes within the agreed layout, fields and calculations. Additional sheets, new workflows, extra currencies, integrations or a different tax model require a separate agreement.
Do you use AI tools?
Yes. AI-assisted tools support workbook production and checking. I check the formulas and layout before delivery. The portfolio uses fictional data, and your brand assets and product data will only be used for your order.
