My name is Kai, I use they/them pronouns and I identify as non-binary. Whether you a queer, straight, cis or trans I am here to help you feel supported. My experience comes from a lifetime of my own personal therapy (IFS, CBT and soon EMDR), deep education about LGBTQIA+ issues, culture, a minor in psychology and my own queer lived experience. As well a being a seasoned public speaker, professional employee/volunteer trainer, a fanatic of the "Nurtured Heart Approach", and a gifted and skilled group facilitator.
