Can you read scanned PDFs and photos?
Yes. I use OCR to read scanned pages and clear photos of documents. Accuracy depends on scan quality, so send me a sample page first and I’ll confirm it works.
What formats can you deliver?
Excel (.xlsx), CSV or JSON. Tell me the columns or fields you need.
How accurate is the extraction?
For clean documents it is very good, but no OCR or AI system is perfect. I add checks for missing or odd values and flag anything unclear so you can review it quickly.
What do I need to send?
2 to 3 sample documents and a list of the fields you want. I test on these before processing the full batch.
Can you handle handwritten or poor-quality scans?
It depends on the quality. Message me a sample and I’ll tell you what is realistic before you order.
Is my data safe?
I use your files only for your project and delete them after delivery if you ask.
Do you handle different layouts in one batch?
Yes, if the fields are the same. For many very different layouts, message me first so I can scope it properly. Fiverr allows a limited number of FAQs, so if it stops you before 7, drop “Do you handle different layouts in one batch?” first.
