I will write your restaurant, cafe or bar business plan with financials
About this Gig
I own a restaurant. I have signed the lease, argued with the contractor, and watched what a first year actually costs.
Most restaurant business plans are written by people who have never worked a Saturday night. Lenders can tell. The numbers are round, the market section is copied, and the food cost is whatever sounded reasonable.
Yours gets built the way an operator builds one: covers, seat turns, average check, real wage rates, your actual rent. If the numbers do not work, I will say so before I write a word.

FAQ
Will this work for an SBA or bank loan?
Yes. The Full plan and Lender ready packages include the statements lenders ask for. Tell me the lender and the loan amount before you order so I can format it their way.
Do I need to have a location already?
No. If you have a site or a target area the market section gets sharper. If you do not, I will build it around the area you are aiming for and flag what changes once you sign a lease.
Where do the numbers come from?
From you and from industry benchmarks. I will ask for your rent, seats, hours, average check and target food cost. The Excel file is editable, so you can change any assumption yourself.
Can you do a food truck, cafe or bar?
Yes. Same structure, different cost model. A bar needs a pour cost and a different labour build. A truck needs commissary, permits and route costs. Tell me which one in your message.
