Which engine do you recommend — Unity or Unreal?
For horror games, Unreal Engine 5 gives the best visual results thanks to Lumen lighting and Nanite geometry. Unity is better if you need a mobile-ready or lightweight build

Yes, just share them at the start of the project. This can also speed up delivery time.
