Do I need Power BI or another BI tool?
No. I build everything using Frappe's built-in report and dashboard framework, so your charts live inside ERPNext with no extra licence or data export. If you do want external BI, I can expose the data via API instead.
Can you make my existing reports load faster?
Yes, this is a common job. Slow reports usually come from unindexed custom fields or queries running once per row. I profile the report, add the right indexes and rewrite the query to run in a single pass.
Can different roles see different dashboards?
Yes. I build separate workspaces per role, so sales, purchase, stock, accounts and management each see only the numbers relevant to them, respecting your existing ERPNext permissions.
Can reports be emailed automatically?
Yes. I set up auto email reports on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule, sent as PDF or spreadsheet to whichever recipients you choose, with filters already applied.
Will the dashboards survive an ERPNext upgrade?
Yes. I build reports and dashboards as proper Frappe objects rather than editing core files, so they carry across version upgrades cleanly and I document how each one is built.
