About this Gig
You are writing a novel, a screenplay or a game set in a real time and place, and you need facts you can trust: what people ate, what a street looked like, who held power.
This gig delivers a research dossier on one period or one place, written in plain English and built on at least ten sources you can open (papers, archives, period newspapers, museum catalogues). Every statement is traced to its source; where sources disagree, we tell you which says what.
Higher packages add a dated chronology, character sheets for historical figures who died more than 70 years ago, a glossary, a list of common mistakes to avoid for that setting, and a list of public-domain period images with links.
How we work: KamarinaWeb is a Sicilian studio active since 2011. Research and drafting use AI tools under human review; every fact is verified on three independent cited sources before delivery. We read Italian, Latin and French sources in the original.

What kind of sources do you use?
Peer-reviewed papers, university repositories, state and municipal archives, period newspapers, museum and library catalogues, reference works. Wikipedia is a starting point, never a source. Every fact is confirmed on three independent sources; the dossier lists at least ten with links.
Which periods and regions can you cover?
Italian, Mediterranean and European history from antiquity to the late 20th century is our strongest ground; we read Italian, Latin and French in the original. We take other regions if English-language scholarship suffices; if not, we tell you before you order.
What do I need to give you?
The period (years or century), the place, and the questions you most need answered (e.g. daily life of a merchant family in Palermo in 1620; how a trial worked in 1890). The more specific the questions, the more useful the dossier.
Do you use AI?
Yes, and we say so. Research and drafting use AI tools under human review. Every fact is verified on three cited sources before delivery. The dossier contains no AI-generated images; Premium points you to public-domain period images instead.
What do you NOT do?
We do not accept orders from students or for coursework, theses or academic papers. We do not write fiction for you, give legal or academic expert opinions, or research living people. Character sheets cover figures dead for 70+ years. The dossier is a research aid: the creative choices stay yours.
