I will provide level design feedback and structural analysis

About this gig
Is your level design holding your gameplay back?
Poor pacing, "dead space," and confusing navigation can ruin even the best mechanics. I am a professional game designer with an MFA from USC and AAA experience at Insomniac Games, where I refined encounter logic and world systems for Marvel's Spider-Man 2.
I will analyze your levels through the lens of a professional developer to ensure they are engaging, readable, and technically sound.
What I analyze in every review:
- Player Flow:Are your "golden paths" clear?
- Combat Spacing: Is there enough cover? Are enemy spawn points logical?
- Pacing & Beats: Does the level have the right "tension" curve?
- Visual Scripting: Technical advice on triggers, volumes, and logic (Unreal/Unity).
The Deliverable:
You will receive a high-quality screen-recorded video of me "playing" or "flying through" your level while providing real-time professional commentary, followed by a structured PDF action plan.
Stop guessing and start polishing. Message me to get started!

FAQ
What engines do you support for level design reviews?
I specialize in Unreal Engine (including UEFN) and Unity. I can provide feedback for other engines if you provide a video walkthrough or a playable build.
Do I need to provide the source project or just a build?
A playable build or a high-quality video walkthrough is usually enough for a structural audit. However, if you need a technical logic review of your Blueprints or C# scripts, I may need to see screenshots of your logic flows
Can you help with multiplayer map balance?
Yes. I have experience designing competitive arcade-style levels in UEFN and can analyze your map for fair sightlines, spawn logic, and objective flow.
Will you sign an NDA?
Absolutely. I understand the importance of protecting your IP and am happy to sign an NDA before you share any project builds or documentation.
What is included in the "Technical Logic Review"?
I look at your backend implementation such as how you handle player triggers, enemy spawn logic, and difficulty scaling to ensure your level is optimized and bug-free.
Do you provide the actual 3D assets or greyboxing?
This gig is for analysis and feedback. While I don't provide 3D modeling, my reports often include "greybox suggestions" where I use screenshots to show exactly where to move walls, cover, or objectives to improve the flow.
