I will fix amazon suppressed listings, variation errors and flat file errors
Kamil Grzesik
About this gig
Listing vanished from search? Variations broke apart? Flat file throwing errors nobody understands?
Catalog errors can block sales, and many quick fixes do not last because a change may be accepted without actually being applied. I run a post-change catalog check on every fix and document what changed.
I manage Amazon catalogs on EU and US marketplaces daily and handle Seller Support cases in German, English and French.
What I fix:
- Suppressed and search-suppressed listings
- Broken parent-child variations, including repair or rebuild
- Flat file and feed errors, attribute conflicts
- Matching errors 8541 and 8542, brand-name rejections 5665, stranded inventory
Process: I diagnose the root cause, perform the fix within the agreed number of submissions, then verify the result and provide short documentation.
Some outcomes depend on platform decisions. That is why the scope is defined by a set number of submissions, not "until it works".
Not sure what is broken? Start with Diagnosis or message me first.

FAQ
Do you need access to my account?
For diagnosis, screenshots and error files are often enough. For fixes, I use least-privilege access via Amazon User Permissions. I never ask for your login credentials.
Do you guarantee the fix?
No one can honestly guarantee Amazon's decisions. Each package includes a defined number of submissions, including Seller Support cases where needed. You always keep the diagnosis and documentation.
Which marketplaces do you cover?
I work daily with Amazon DE, FR, IT, ES, PL and UK. For marketplaces outside this list, message me before ordering and I will confirm. I handle Seller Support cases in German, English and French.
I have hundreds of SKUs with errors. Can you help?
Yes. Bulk catalog cleanups are handled as custom projects. Message me with the number of SKUs and the type of issues, and I will scope and quote the work.
Do you also build listings or variations from scratch?
Yes. The Rescue Pack includes a variation family rebuild. Full catalog creation is available as a separate service.
