You will receive a clean PDF. DWG source files are included where stated in your package.
With 10+ years of drafting experience, I have prepared 150+ site plans for planning and permit submissions.
Important: This service is based on available public records and information you provide. It is not a legal boundary survey, engineering plan, or stamped drawing. Approval requirements vary by jurisdiction.

Can this site plan be used for a permit application?
Yes. The plan can be prepared for planning or permit review based on available records and the information you provide. Requirements vary by jurisdiction, and approval cannot be guaranteed.
Is this a legal boundary survey?
No. This is a drafting service, not a legal land survey. Property lines are based on your survey, plat, deed information, or available public GIS records.
Do you sign, stamp, or seal drawings?
No. I provide drafting support only. If your jurisdiction requires a licensed surveyor, engineer, or architect, you must arrange that separately.
What information do you need?
Please provide the property address, project scope, proposed dimensions and location, and any available survey, plat, deed sketch, permit checklist, or correction notice.
Can you work from Google Maps or county GIS only?
Yes, when adequate public information is available. However, GIS records and satellite imagery may be incomplete or outdated. Features hidden by trees or not visible online require measurements, photographs, or a sketch.
Can you add proposed structures or utility lines?
Yes, when you provide their dimensions and intended locations. Utilities must be based on reliable records or your markups because underground information cannot be determined from imagery.
What revisions are included?
Included revisions cover corrections and reasonable adjustments within the original agreed scope. New structures, redesigns, or newly introduced requirements may require an additional fee.
Which files will I receive?
You will receive a print ready PDF. An editable DWG file is included where stated in your selected package. JPG can be provided on request.
Do you also provide colored site plan rendering?
Yes. Colored presentation site plans are available through my separate site plan rendering service.
