Hi, I'm Kamran — I turn documents machines can't read into clean, structured data.
Scanned PDFs, forms, lab reports, catalogues, technical databooks and legacy archives, delivered as Excel, CSV, JSON or a database-ready schema. Every project ships with a measured accuracy report.
Processing runs on my own machines, not third-party cloud OCR — often the whole question for medical, legal and financial records.
7+ years in data work, 1,000+ orders delivered, and a 30-person team, so volume is never the bottleneck.
Send 2-3 sample pages and I'll confirm feasibility before you order.

FAQ
Can I discuss my project before placing an order?
Absolutely! I encourage you to message me first. We'll go over your requirements together so I can confirm the right package, timeline, and approach — before any payment is made. No commitment needed.
What file formats do you work with?
I work with .xlsx, .xls, .csv files for Excel, and Google Sheets via shared link. I can also convert Excel files to Google Sheets and vice versa, including all formulas and VBA/Apps Script code.
How do I share my file with you?
You can upload your Excel file directly in the Fiverr order chat, or share a Google Sheets link with editor access. I handle your data with full confidentiality and will never share it with anyone.
What if my task is more complex than expected?
No problem — just message me before ordering. If the scope changes after the order starts, I'll discuss it with you fairly and transparently. I never charge hidden fees without your approval.
Do you guarantee the formulas/macros will work correctly?
Yes. I test everything before delivery. If something doesn't work as expected after delivery, I'll fix it within the revision limit of your package — or unlimited times on the Premium package.
Do you customize with my company's colors and branding?
Yes — in every package. Share your color palette and logo and I'll match it exactly.
Do you work with both Excel and Google Sheets?
Yes, I build in both. Just let me know your preferred tool (or grab the Google Sheets extra to get both).
What if I need something urgently?
I offer fast delivery on the Basic package (1 day). For urgent requests on other packages, message me first — I'll let you know if I can accommodate a rush delivery based on my current workload.
Will it update automatically when my data changes?
Yes. Everything is formula-driven and dynamic, so your charts and totals refresh as you enter new data — no manual rework.
Can I edit it myself afterward?
Absolutely. You get a fully editable file, and I'll include a short guide on how to use it.
